MONDAY

Mr Motivator kicked us off on Monday, helping us move our bodies, reframe and refresh our minds, ready for the week ahead.

WEDNESDAY

#WednesdayWisdoms this week came from the amazing Agostino Peronne brought us: Cocktails at The Connaught Bar

He explained what mixology means to him, how he became the world’s leading mixologist and where he finds his inspiration.

Apprentice Annabella Sames, who is currently undertaking a Commis Chef - Level 2 Apprenticeship, who walked us through the Dish that got her a distinction.

Ahead of the hospitality sector reopening we caught up with Peter Avis, General Manager at Galvin at Windows and 10 Degrees Bar, and discussed how to keep your team away from “restaurant blues”, tactics to motivate and ready a team post-COVID as well as Peter’s words of wisdom for other restaurateurs and colleagues in the industry.
