This apprenticeship is a great way to attain recognisable accolades for future leadership within your business. Hospitality supervisors work across a wide variety of businesses, including bars, restaurants, cafés, conference centres, banqueting venues, hotels or food service businesses. The hospitality supervisor’s role is to deliver fantastic customer service as well as a motivate their team.
The majority of the skills and knowledge required for supervisors are the same, but some supervisors may wish to specialise in specific areas or work across a variety of functions to reflect the multi-functional nature of the industry and/or the business they are in.

Duration
This is a Level 3, 12-month programme plus a Gateway (EPA) of 2 months.

Experience industry-focused events and masterclasses.
Embed what they have learnt back into your workplace by experiencing the different areas of the business and collating evidence of their work.
Their demonstration and evidence collection of their work should take place as part of Off The Jobs Hours

Hospitality Manager Level 4 apprenticeship would be ideal for those ready to advance their skills and responsibilities, and management to a high level.
