Is this the right programme?  

This role is very varied, and although hospitality team members can choose to specialise in an area, they learn the skills to be adaptable and ready to support team members across the business, especially during busy periods. The Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship supports a team member who is keen on developing fantastic hospitality skills and knowledge, such as recognising customer needs, knowing how to match them to the products and services of the business and working as part of a team to ensure that every customer feels welcome and looked after, whether they are eating in a restaurant, drinking cocktails in a bar, ordering room service or attending a business conference.

Duration

This is a Level 2, 8-month programme plus a Gateway (EPA) of 2 months.

How it works

Apprentices receive theory and practical training from an industry expert, learning from consultants.

Experience industry-focused events and masterclasses. Embed what they have learnt back into your workplace by experiencing the different areas of the business and collating evidence of their work. 

Their demonstration and evidence collection of their work should take place as part of Off The Jobs Hours
