The Hospitality Manager apprenticeship will help your team members gain exceptional skills in business and personal development. Hospitality managers have a high level of responsibility and are accountable for fulfilling the business vision and objectives as well as having excellent people and customer relation skills.

This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated team leaders who combine a talent for management and specific industry skills and thrive on the customer-facing nature of the role. The team member should already be working in a role with management responsibilities and wish to hone the skills needed to excel. This apprenticeship enables them to support the business, allowing it to grow and succeed, as well as take the next step in their career.
Duration
This is a Level 4, 12 month programme plus a Gateway (EPA) of 2 months.

Apprentices receive theory and practical training from an industry expert, learning from consultants
Experience industry focused events and masterclasses.
Embed what they have learnt back into your workplace by experiencing the different areas of the business and collating evidence of their work.
Their demonstration and evidence collecting of their work should take place as part of Off-The-Job Hours.
