Brandon Parker

Umbrella Training Apprentice

I’m now fast approaching completing my second year with The Fish Hotel and Farncombe Estate, this group of people have really shown me just how far you can go to provide our guests with the best experience possible from start to finish.

“A dedicated driven hard-working individual that has a keen desire to develop and learn more within the business.”

- Sam Noar, Deputy General Manager

I have a real passion for Hook and working closely with our Head Chef David Hall

The attention to detail from my senior team is what has overwhelmingly led me to feel as if I’m in the right place for myself and is what drives me to perform better each day.

I have a real passion for Hook and working closely with our Head Chef David Hall (pictured) has given me a new direction and focus within the hotel itself. The restaurant is an area I am keen to continue working hard to improve and provide the level of service we desire consistently.

Since deciding to join Umbrella Training it’s provided me with more vision and a better understanding of working within a team and also leading one.

Through these discussions I have developed a passion for progressing others, working closely and mentoring two individuals from the hotel also.
