The Lensbury announces a new partnership with Umbrella Training

The Lensbury joins an array of well-recognized luxury hotels and resorts that have turned to Umbrella Training. This includes the likes of The Savoy, The Goring, The Dorchester, and The Ritz.

Maria Scalbroni, a valued member of our restaurant team since joining us in March of this year, recently started her Hospitality Supervisor Level 3 apprenticeship. After attending her Onboarding Day at the end of September in Central London, Maria sat down to talk through her decision to begin the course.

“I decided to start my Hospitality Supervisor Apprenticeship with Umbrella to grow my skills. When there’s a possibility to study and grow, I’m always the first to say yes! My Onboarding day was mind-opening – I learned about safeguarding and other interesting topics, and I can’t wait to get into the details! My goal is to be proud of myself and make all the people who believe and have believed in me proud of me!”

We’re super excited to see how Maria progresses in her venture to achieve her apprenticeship qualifications and look forward to welcoming many other members of our team onto the diverse and wide array of programs offered by Umbrella Training.
