Designed for aspiring female leaders who are ready to take the next step in their career, this programme develops the confidence, practical leadership skills and commercial understanding needed to lead people, deliver exceptional guest experiences and progress into management roles.

Eligibility

  • Age: Be 16 or older at the start of the apprenticeship. 

  • Residency: Have the right to work in England and have been ordinarily resident in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for at least three years before the start of the apprenticeship. 

  • Employment: Be employed in a relevant job role, working a minimum of 30 hours per week. The role must allow the apprentice to up to 6 hours a week, evidencing their work towards their apprenticeship over the planned duration of the apprenticeship. 

  • Education: Not be enrolled in another funded apprenticeship or any other funded further or higher education programme at the time of starting the new apprenticeship. 

  • Prior Qualifications: The apprenticeship must provide significant new knowledge and skills relevant to the job role.
