This highly respected, one-year vocational programme offers aspiring chefs the chance to receive world-class training while working in some of the UK's finest establishments.
Fully accredited by the Craft Guild of Chefs (TBC) Apprenticeship Scheme supports learners in completing the Commis Chef (Level 2) Apprenticeship, with the added benefit of enhanced enrichment and professional development opportunities. What sets this programme apart is the unparalleled calibre of its training partners and the exceptional establishments in which apprentices are placed.
The scheme not only ensures apprentices meet government-approved standards, but also equips them with the advanced skills and knowledge required to thrive in the most demanding and acclaimed kitchens around the globe.

Duration
This is a Level 2, 13 Month journey. This one-year journey is designed to balance professional development with business needs, ensuring apprentices gain maximum impact with minimal disruption to your operation.
How it works
Delivery: Monthly face-to-face workshops in London, plus 6 additional Masterclass days
Duration: 13 months, plus End Point Assessment
Qualification: Commis Chef Apprenticeship (Level 2)
Cost: £11,000 (£9,000 from the Skills & Growth Levy plus £2,000 employer co-investment, payment plan can be agreed).
Each learner will receive a set of branded chef’s whites, knives and online educational cookbooks.
