Designed for Chef de Partie and Culinary Supervisors, this hybrid training combines online modules with in-person sessions, embedding practical leadership skills directly into your team’s day-to-day work.

  • Duration: 8 weeks, 72-hour guided learning curriculum

  • Employer Partners: Clermont Hotel Group, The Goring, Soho House, Green & Fortune, Strand Palace Hotel, The Felix Project

  • Hybrid Training: Online modules + in-person sessions

  • On-the-Job Application: Practical skills applied daily

Who Should Attend?
Chef de Parties and Culinary Supervisors looking to progress into leadership roles. Learners must have the right to work in the UK and commit to completing the programme.

A fully funded, employer-led programme supporting unemployed or economically inactive Londoners into foundational kitchen roles. Perfect for businesses looking to bring in new talent or develop their current teams.

Key Features:

  • Duration: 8 weeks

  • Hands-On Training: Delivered in professional kitchens hosted by London Community Kitchens

  • Employer Partners: Clermont Hotel Group, Soho House, Green & Fortune, The Felix Project

Technical Modules Include:

  • Mise-en-place & Knife Handling

  • Sauces & Pastry

  • Fish & Meat Preparation

  • Allergen Control
