First apprentices awarded ‘professional status’ post-nominals during #NAW2024

Yesterday history was made at Mansion House as Association of Apprentices and The Chartered Institution for Further Education officially recognised the first sixteen apprentices to ever receive post-nominals (letters after their name) as part of the brand new Post-Apprenticeship Recognition Scheme (PARS)!

Umbrella Training Ltd is incredibly proud that two of our apprentices were among the first in the country to receive post-nominals after achieving their apprenticeships Congratulations Marshal Bax CAA (Certificate of Advanced Apprenticeships) from the Pig Hotels and Zak Bentaleb CHA (Certificate of Higher Apprenticeship), we are hugely proud of you both. 💜☂️👏

We truly believe that this puts apprenticeships on an equal level to university degrees and will only serve to encourage more enrolment and completion of apprenticeship courses.

You can find out more about PARS via the AOA website here: https://associationofapprentices.org.uk/pars/
