At Umbrella Training, we understand that investing in the right people is crucial to achieving long-term success in luxury hospitality. That’s why we’ve partnered with some of the best minds in the industry to launch this first-of-its-kind, structured leadership programme, designed to develop the next generation of luxury hospitality managers. We understand that large apprenticeship cohorts aren’t always practical, but when you spot exceptional talent, providing them with a structured development plan is essential. This exclusive programme is limited to just 15 apprentices, ensuring a highly personalised experience alongside other rising stars in luxury hospitality.
Is this the right programme?
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are highly motivated team leaders, specifically in the luxury hospitality market, who combine a talent for management and specific industry skills and thrive on the customer-facing nature of the role. The team member should already be working in a role with management responsibilities and wishes to hone the skills needed to excel. This apprenticeship enables them to support the business, allowing it to grow and succeed, as well as take the next step in their career.
Duration
This is a Level 4, 12 Month journey. This one-year journey is designed to balance professional development with business needs, ensuring apprentices gain maximum impact with minimal disruption to your operation.
How it works
Face-to-face learning with Considerate Scheduling Training is delivered in person for the majority of the programme, with specific sessions kept virtual to minimise time away from the business during peak periods.
Funded Through the Apprenticeship LevyYour business can use its apprenticeship levy to fund this programme, or we can help source available funding for you.
Industry-Led Masterclasses: All specialist masterclasses are fully covered by Umbrella Training at no additional cost to your business.
An Immersive Industry Experience
If you would like your employee to participate in the programme, we would like you to have the opportunity to:
Host a training session at your venue within the 12-month programme.
Offer a tour of the venue to give apprentices unique insights into different luxury environments. Engage with apprentices directly – if your General Managers or Managing Directors would like to meet the apprentices, share experiences, and inspire future leaders, even better.
