Culinary Club

Join us as leading industry experts HSQC Health, Safety and Quality Control International share their expert knoweldge on food nutrition and give us an update on the latest with allergens. 

This masterclass is aimed at apprentices on Commis Chef, Chef De Partie, Production Chef and Hospitality Team Member standards with Food and Drink service elements.

The class will be conducted by Richard Hannay.

Richard Hannay is a Public Health Consultant and Managing Director of Health, Safety and Quality Control based in London UK. HSQC is an international public health and safety consultancy providing safety and quality support for hospitality management.

He is also Group Manager of the SAFER HOSPITALITY ALLIANCE, a forum for hospitality professionals and leading experts who are committed to excellence in safety and infectious disease control and environmental quality. Richard is a committee member of the London branch of the Institute of Hospitality.

Richard is a qualified Public Health Practitioner and a Nutritionist who has studied and worked extensively in the Middle East, USA and Europe. Richard has advised major blue chip corporations on safety, food security and nutritional quality compliance in the hospitality and commercial sector worldwide.
